Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service (any type of academic paper, such as essays, thesis, research papers, etc.)

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


Papers that are bought/ordered from the website can be refunded. All Items are eligible for a refund and would be processed if conditions are met.


In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to raise the refund request within 30 days of your purchase/Ordering. If you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product/paper to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Product/paper must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Product/paper does not meet the standards/requirements you set when purchasing
  • Product/paper has not been altered significantly from what we originally provided

After we receive your refund request, our quality assurance and dispute resolution teams will inspect the paper and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you used during the purchase.
